Returns & Exchanges

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order! If you are unsatisfied with an item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund [minus the original shipping costs] or exchange for equal value. No refunds/returns/exchanges on headwear, stickers, prints and accessories. All returns & exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All sale items are final.

 

You must email customer service at info@fyhashop.com within 15-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back. Only items purchased from FYHA Clothing Co. online and physical store can be returned. Items purchased at festivals and offsite events are final. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to FYHA Clothing Co.. FYHA Clothing Co. will not be held accountable for any lost packages.
